Michael’s English Original Muffins goes through a 12–24-hour fermentation process, there are no preservatives used. Our muffins are made in the traditional way; fresh, in small batches on a griddle, and are sure to please. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The use of dried cranberry is especially a favorite during the holiday season, bringing a slight tartness to our somewhat sweet english muffins. Wonderful with a turkey sandwich or delicious honey butter.
