Michael’s English Original Muffins goes through a 12–24-hour fermentation process, there are no preservatives used. Our muffins are made in the traditional way; fresh, in small batches on a griddle, and are sure to please. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. This flavor muffin is great with any savory topping or sandwich you would like to create. Very popular with avocado “toast” or open-faced lox. Eat fresh or freeze up to 6 months.
